HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM REDLINE MIWAUKEE!!

Looking back at Year One: REDLINE MILWAUKEE’S TOP TEN SUCCESSES:

10. Securing and Renovating a 22,000 sq. foot home.

9. Receiving over 10,000 volunteer hours.

8. Forming strong community partnerships with seven established institutions.

7. Iron Printmaker!!! Enough said.

6. Establishing a community Papermaking Studio.

5. Piloting a Visiting Artists Print Program/RedLine Series with Clemens Weiss and Justin Cooper.

4. Piloting over 1000 hours of education programs.

3. Exhibiting three national/international artists with FREE access, including a Fund Raiser for Haiti with Amos Kennedy.

2. Opening Milwaukee’s only Community Printshop!!!

VISITING ARTISTS CLEMENS WEISS AND JUSTIN COOPER kept things interesting at RedLine this past fall! Both artists live in NYC, neither are printmakers but both made an experimental series of prints with the help of the RedLine printshop family.
